Final Class Activity due May 21

This is the final class activity.

Please indicate URL or web address of your blog which should contain the embeds of the public versions of your brand launch and 20 year personal marketing plan. It should also contain links to your linked in profile. Also embed the public version of your 10 step marketing plan and the visual and powerpoint versions of your chapter report. I will view the contents of your blog on May 21 (or 7 days after this announcement) after which I will finalize your grades. Grades will be submitted to the Ateneo by May 25 at the latest. I sincerely apologize for the delay.

On revisions, if you think it might help your grade,you are free to revise any of the class requirements which you submitted previously. Don’t email these revisions to me, simply put the latest revisions as embeds in your blog.

Finally, in the spirit of customer feedback and marketing research, I am adding 2 questions in the survey which asks what grade you feel you deserve for our class and why.Pls. choose what you feel is most appropriate and take extra time to justify/ explain why you think this is so. While the grade will not influence in any way my own grading system (which I have posted on the web for everyone to see), it will allow me the chance to send you a personalized email explaining the difference in your expectation vs. my final grading if the difference is more than 0.5.If the difference is only 0.5 or less, I will not send you an email unless you specifically request me to,

When it rains, it pours...

I'm slowly trying to catch up with a tremendous work  and personal backlog. Unexpected  recent events have not made it easier but I hope to be able to fulfill my commitments to the v47 class in a couple of days.

In case you are wondering for the unusual delay in the updates on your grades, here is the reason.

My dad died last Friday after several days in the hospital. My mom is also ill and has similarly been in and out of the hospital for the past 2 weeks and due for some more tests next week.

I wanted to keep this to myself however the prolonged postponement may have caused you to wonder. I cant promise any date right now but rest assured that you will have a full 7 days to submit any revisions from the date your first draft grades are posted.

I am totally swamped. Sorry for the delay in this posting. Since I did not meet my self-imposed deadline to grade your 10 step and 20 year plans which was supposed to be last Saturday, I am moving the deadline for the submission of the revised drafts to Mar. 20, Saturday, 11:59 pm.

Please be assured that I will give you 1 entire week to do the revision. I hope not to have to extend the deadline again but cant promise anything at this point. The updated grade matrix will be announced at the appropriate time.

New Submission Deadlines for revised personal marketing and 10 step product marketing plan

As you all know, the notebook computer I had always used for our marketing class was hit by a virus 2 weeks ago and I had to restore the system to its factory default settings.

I am currently using a borrowed computer as I try to reinstall all the old programs and files into my newly "restored" old computer. The process has been more tedious than I expected and I was unable to grade your product marketing plans from last week.

Consequently, there will be new deadlines for the resubmission of your "revised" 20 year personal plans and the 10 step product marketing plans. If you already submitted these 2 requirements previously, there is nothing for you to submit on Tuesday, Mar. 2.

However,if you have not yet submitted these requirements ever, then your deadline to submit your first "submission" of this is on Tuesday, Mar.2 before the class starts. If you dont submit anything on Mar. 2, you forfeit your chance to resubmit a "revised" version.

The when, how, and what of the new deadline for submission of the revised plans will be discussed in class.
